Meet Bowser!

At just 5 years old, Bowser already has a little more gray around his muzzle than we’d expect. His gray face tells a story of a hard life, but spend a little time with this 43-pound Bulldog mix and you’ll quickly discover that Bowser isn’t dwelling on his past.

When Bowser was rescued, he was underweight and dealing with infected paws and skin. Despite everything his body had been through, his spirit was still intact. Today, Bowser is a happy, calm, affectionate, and mild-mannered boy who seems to have figured out exactly what matters in life: good company, some pets, and a cozy spot beside his people.

Bowser is friendly and polite with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him the kind of guy who seems perfectly content to simply be part of the family, and he'll be a good match for almost any home. He enjoys his stuffies and toys, but he doesn't need a nonstop schedule of games and adventures. Give him some affection and let him hang out by your side, and Bowser is a happy boy.
