Meet Mandi!

Mandi is the kind of girl who can make you forget, at least for a moment, that she has had a pretty rough start to life. She’s playful, silly, energetic, sweet, and affectionate, with a serious talent for being both a snugglebug and a goofball. At just 2 years old, this 44-pound Bulldog mix has her whole life ahead of her.

Unfortunately, Mandi’s young body has already been dealing with significant pain. Her hips are so painful that she can’t really jump, and it’s clear she has lived hard. But despite that, she remains a joyful, loving girl who is ready to discover what life is supposed to feel like.

NOBR is working on getting Mandi the care she needs. She will be having abdominal surgery to remove a tumor that we believe is benign. We’re also investigating the cause of her joint pain and will likely need to develop a plan to manage it going forward.

But there’s much more to Mandi than her medical chart. She’s a sweet, goofy girl who loves to play and snuggle, and we can already see how much personality she has waiting to shine. Her ideal family is one looking for a fun-loving companion who can bring plenty of sweetness and silliness into their lives.
