Meet Tulip! 🌷

This sweet 2-year-old Frenchie is slowly learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. After what was clearly a difficult past, Tulip is beginning to blossom with patience, consistency, and lots of affection.

Tulip struggles with allergies and discomfort from what appears to be an old injury, so she’ll need a home committed to continuing her care and helping her stay comfortable. She absolutely adores her foster momma, craves love and attention, and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts most.

Because of her anxiety, Tulip can sometimes be reactive around other animals, so she may do best in a calm, understanding home without small children where she can feel secure and continue building confidence at her own pace.

Every day we see more of Tulip’s sweet personality shine through, and we know the right family is out there for this special girl who's learning to love. 💕
